In collaboration with RAB, ARGANZ is pleased to offer Pacific Island Radiologists a special discounted rate for the workshop. You are encouraged to register and explore local sponsorship opportunities, which you will need to apply for directly. Local or other Pacific Island-based radiologists/specialists may register without an accommodation package, but must be residents of the Pacific Island Group.

Note: This is the only official website accepting registrations for the ARGANZ Workshop in Fiji. Please be aware that fraudulent websites may attempt to pose as legitimate accommodation or transfer providers. To protect yourself, always verify the authenticity of any service before making payments or sharing personal information. For your security, complete all registrations and bookings through this official platform only.

Important Information

Registrations are managed on a first-come, first served basis.

We strongly recommend registering early to avoid disappointment and to ensure you secure your preferred room type from the available selection.

To secure your place at the Workshop all registrations include a three-night accommodation package (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights). Please note that room upgrades for the three days of the Workshop, beyond the current offerings, are not available due to the ARGANZ Workshop’s contractual obligations to the venue. The heavily discounted rates, are not applicable to other room types.

The venue may be able to offer pre and post Workshop accommodation at the discounted rate for the three days pre, or post workshop. These are limited to availability. You are able to request additional nights, during the registration process.

Registration Pricing Information
  • Earlybird registration close 7 June, 2026. Standard fees apply from 8 June, 2026.
  • Registration cost is AU$1,400 per person (AU$1,600 standard fee), this will be referenced as a note on your invoice.
  • Pricing includes AU GST of 10% for registration fees, applicable Fijian taxes for accommodation, and credit card charges.
  • Payment via credit card will be required during registration.

Local or other Pacific Island radiologists may register without an accommodation package but must be residents of the Pacific Island Group.

Workshop Terms and Conditions

Payment

Payment Requirement and Method

  • Full payment is required to secure your place at the workshop. Registrations will not be confirmed until payment has been received in full.
  • All payments must be made by credit card at the time of registration.
  • We do not accept alternative payment methods such as bank transfers or cheques.

Credit Card Fees and Statement Details

  • Your credit card statement will show the transaction as Outshine Conferences.
  • Credit card fees are included in your registration cost.
Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or registration changes must be made in writing to the Conference Managers at fiona@outshine.co.nz.

Registration & Accommodation

Should you wish to cancel your registration and/or accommodation, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • 90+ days prior to event (on or before 10 June 2026): Full refund minus $250 administration fee.
  • 60–89 days prior to event (from 11 June to 10 July 2026): 40% refund. If your workshop place/accommodation is resold, you will receive a full refund minus a $500 administration fee.
  • Within 60 days of event (from 11 July 2026): No refund. If your workshop place/accommodation is resold, you will receive a refund minus a $750 administration fee.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions your accommodation will be refunded less any non-refundable expenses incurred. Consideration would be given to delivering the workshop content virtually, depending upon circumstances. Should the workshop be cancelled outright, you will be refunded the workshop registration cost less any non-refundable expenses incurred.

Partner Function Tickets

  • Cancelled on or before 25 August: Full refund.
  • Cancelled on or after 26 August: No refund.

Accommodation Extras

  • Full refund for additional persons, if accommodation is not cancelled.
Registration Category

It is expected that you accurately select the appropriate category during registration. During the standard registration review process, you may be contacted to request proof of chosen registration type. If requested, evidence must be provided within 7 days; failure to do so will result in an automatic update of your registration category, and you will be required to pay the difference in fees.

Delegate List

Personal information is collected on behalf of ARGANZ. A delegate list will be produced for the workshop including name, organisation, state/region, and country, and may be distributed to meeting attendees. Contact details will be included in a database to promote future ARGANZ workshops and meetings. This list will not be provided to any other third party. If you do not wish your details to be included, please indicate this during registration.

Attendance Certificates

Attendance certificates are only provided to individuals registered under delegate categories. Healthcare industry and exhibitor registrations do not qualify for certificates of attendance. Certificates will be emailed to attending delegates at the conclusion of the workshop.

Insurance

ARGANZ and the Workshop Organisers will not accept any liability for losses associated with the workshop. Delegates are advised to arrange their own comprehensive travel and medical insurance, including insurance for personal possessions and financial loss due to cancellation or postponement of the Workshop. This insurance should also cover any activities undertaken and any medical expenses, including hospital visits, that may arise during the trip.

Health & Safety

Please note that while the Organisers, ARGANZ Executive and the Workshop Venue will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of delegates during official workshop sessions and scheduled activities, any activities undertaken during personal or leisure time are entirely at the discretion and risk of the individual delegate. The Organisers accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during such personal activities.

Each workshop attendee is encouraged to play a vital and responsible role in maintaining a safe and healthy workshop environment through:

  • Listening to the health and safety briefing onsite and/or;
  • Reading the health and safety procedure document provided in-person at the registration desk.
  • Ensuring all accidents and incidents that occur during the workshop session are reported.
  • Informing the Conference Managers, a member of the ARGANZ Executive or a staff member at the Workshop Venue immediately of any health and safety concerns.
  • Respecting your own personal safety and that of other workshop delegates and employees.
  • Follow all venue and public health guidelines and regulations.
Photography / Video

The ARGANZ Workshop is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organisations and other companies from photographing or video or audio-taping some workshop activities. Additionally, the Organisers may arrange for photos to be taken during the workshop. The Organisers reserve the right to use images taken at the workshop with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet. The Conference Managers may also use images taken at the workshop with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet, with the permission of the Organisers. Workshop attendees who prefer their images are neither taken nor published in any format, have the ability to object by sending an email request to the Conference Managers at fiona@outshine.co.nz.

Protecting Your Personal Data

To register to attend the ARGANZ Workshop Fiji 2026, we require consent to process your data. This includes the collection, storage and use of your personal information to manage event registration, communication and participation. It may also involve capturing details from partial registrations to ensure we can follow up and assist you with completing your registration.
